Title III

Funding for Title III programs is based on the annual enrollments of eligible immigrant and English learners (EL) students. The California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CalPADS) is used to collect the number of ELs and the number of Immigrant Students.

Enrollment data on eligible immigrant students is available at the LEA, county, and state levels as well as by national origin. Limited English Proficient student demographics include reports at the school, district, county, and state levels and also includes data on teachers and instructional assistants. These reports on English learners are available online through the DataQuest search feature at http://data1.cde.ca.gov/dataquest/
